Refund Policy

Project deposits

Deposits reserve development time and may become non-refundable after work has started, depending on the agreed project scope and contract.

Milestone payments

Where a project uses milestone payments, each approved milestone may be treated as payment for work already completed. Any refund request should be assessed against delivered work, third-party costs and the written agreement.

Third-party costs

Domain registration, hosting, paid software, licenses, stock assets and other third-party purchases are generally not refundable once purchased on the client's behalf unless the third-party provider issues a refund.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled, the parties should reconcile completed work, outstanding invoices and any refundable balance according to the signed project agreement.
